Features

Applications
· Used for connecting tubes in one direction.

Applicable Tubing materials available for using include:

Tubing 0.D.:Ø3.2, Ø4, Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø16
The applicable fluids are Air, Water and Steam (note 3).
The operating pressure range is -100 kPa to 1 MPa (note 4), with a proof pressure of up to 3.0 MPa.
The ambient and fluid temperature is within the range of -5 to 150°C (note 5). The temperature shall not freeze and does not require any lubricant.
The sealant should be applied on the threads.
For FEP tubing/TH Series, the condition of mounting the inner sleeve should not be lower than 80°C. For Super PFA tubing/TL Series, the temperature should not be lower than 120°C.
